Personal Growth

Each year I undertake a ten day silent meditation retreat as an extension of my regular meditation practice.

I work out of 2 locations, one in Guelph and the other in central Toronto. My office in Guelph is an easy drive from Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Orangeville and many other locations in south-western Ontario. My office in central Toronto is located here at The Yellow Brick Road 258 Dupont at Spadina in the Annex, close to the Dupont TTC subway station.
