Do you feel fit? Or, how fit do you feel now?

Fitness is hard to measure  and it’s not just a matter of raw activity. Running nimbly up stairs or to the bus-stop  are old measures but unreliable.

Being able to do all the things that make a day, a week , a month, or a year both comfortable and pleasurable, are better measures, and as unique as you are.
